Port Douglas

For one of the more laid-back beach towns of Australia, visit Port Douglas; it’s found in the tropical far north of Queensland, known for its many outdoor exploration activities. Take a dive at the world’s biggest reef system, the Great Barrier Reef, or wander through the rainforest in Daintree National Park. You can also relax at one of their renowned beach resorts, or stroll the boutiques, shops and restaurants of Macrossan Street.
